Does it really exist in this country or is it just a bunch of words put together to make us feel safe?

and to True American--don't be dumb. It is an American thing. All races can be subjected to injustice. And since I only live in this country, I only asked about the USA. Do you have a problem with that? If so, take it to court.

There must be somewhere or we wouldn't have a word for it, but I think it's an ideal that is rarely realized. And I HATE injustice!

It exists in many forms. However, so does injustice. Justice is not something that mankind can provide impartially nor perfectly. It is inbuilt into our needs psychologically and we all strive for it.

it technically exists, but as far as how often it is carried out, now that is a different story. :) (Yes, I am cynical!)
