Yes, more then say working as an accountant for example where you are using your brain everyday and just sitting. I like to be moving around and using my hands because I feel like I accomplish more in a day, rather than just sitting at a desk. Not saying that you can't accomplish alot sitting down using your brain, I just prefer working with my hands.

I like to work with my hands when I relax and enjoy my hobbies but for work I use my brain :) Its the best of both worlds then
