Reading up on commonly asked questions in your field is a good idea. I think you should also practice find a friend or family member that can help you out... you will be more relaxed during the interview.

First of all, remember the 4 C's=Calm, Cool, Collected, and Confident, or Confidence!! If you are applying for the job, you must feel you can do it!! Check out CareerBuilders.com, for more information. Also, you expect the company to grow and you to grow with it, and building relationships is just like anything else. You over-deliver, and under-promise as said before. Remember, (if it is customer service) that the "customer" is always right, and you want to excell in excellent customer service. In order to build that relationship, you must connect with the customer, and make them feel like one of the "family". Don't be nervous, there is no sense in that. If you can check with your local One Stop, and see if they provide mock interviews. If they do, I highly suggest doing it. Most employers want someone who will stick around, because it costs them, on average, $120,000 to train that person for 9 months. I wish you good luck and more confidence!! Go Get Them!!

what do u expect from us?",
To be honest, I am a very creative person and very sensitve to customers needs so I really need to have all the management support to bring up projects that improves the competitivenes of the firm. I am very proactive and I am always thinking about new ideas and ways to improve my teams performance. All I need is the opportunity and the right conditions to make things happen.
"how do u build relationships with customers an employees?"
Relations with customers takes trust in the first place, we can not pretend to be perceived as honest if we are not, so this is why I always try to keep communication flowing directly with customers and get their feedback and do something about their request. It is important to let them know that we care and that we have the best add value to their needs.
AND always smile. Discret and sincere but smile. Use specific terms related to the management languages so they feel that u are really a pro.

Use common sense. It really isn't so common anymore.
What do you expect from us? I expect you to be a fair employer that provides good training so I can do a good job for you and the customers. I expect you to provide good internal and external customer service and to provide opportunities for individual career development.
How do you build relationships with customers and employees? Be loyal and true to your word. Stand behind your product. Make an excellent product/service. Underpromise and overdeliver. Be available. Fill their needs before they know it is a need.

When they ask you, "What would you consider one of your weaknesses when working with other employees?"
Your answer: When my fellow co-workers do not give their 100%.
They always ask me that when I get interviewed and that's a great answer. No one wants to do someone else's work too.
So in conclusion, the employer would consider it a good quality, I hope that helps.
Don't forget to dress in professional attire, that is very crucial in a job interview.
Employer asks, "What do you expect from us?"
Answer: Stability, enough said:)
