Im pretty fit. The exersise I do about 4 times a week is:
Run 2 miles stoping every quarter mile to do 20 pushups, then 30 crunches. Run this at about 60 percent speed.
Also, eating healthy helps: Small portions, many times a day to increse your matabolism.
A trip to the gym a couple of times a week definetly helps too.

I am fit. I stay in shape to keep myself happy. If i dont exercise i start feeling crappy. I can do so much when i'm in shape. Not to mention i look better. I'm also healthier.

I work out to stay in shape because it makes me feel good, Ive worked out most of my life doing athletic type things, I love how toned my body is I'll never exercising.

I am not in shape at all. However, I do lots of yard work so that keeps me limber. I have a membership at the gym and all I do is pay the membership, I do not go. How silly is that. I have been thinking about getting off my rear and going. I know it will make me feel loads better.
