Why are you seeking?
What is the purpose of your quest?
Will finding the answer to whatever you are seeking make you happy? Is that the point? Or are you never satisfied in your search?
I would say happiness if I had to choose one. I pick this because anything else can fall under this. If god makes you happy then you will find god on your way to happiness. If love makes you happy then you will find love on your way to happiness.
All of the things you mentioned are connected though. So my reasoning is somewhat circular and I could pick love for the same essential reasons or pleasure, etc. for anything you like.

Man got thrown from paradise because he tried to become like God and ate the fruit which made him God's partner in creation, and he felt his nakedness, OK let us stop at that If we seek and try to know god we will neither be able to do it nor are we supposed to do it It is only Those who lust for unlimited power seek God, because God is everything - can we with our limited brain know everything?
