- your previous professional experience.
- the university you graduate from
- your MBA major.

The question your asking needs to be more detailed, because there are so many different feilds with a MBA. I personally have a MBA and I recommend that you contact your nearest college and speak with an advisor about all your questions. Go to any of the top schools web sites. Most of them have a section on what companies recruit there. The link below shows you who hires Duke MBAs.
