TIME TO GET A NEW WIFE -LOL. Actually you should not do that right away. Try to find out from her why she is nagging you and see if there is someway you can both resolve that issue. Odds are that she maybe nagging cause she has a reason. You must also try to let her understand that you are only one man and you are not a god. Maybe sit down and talk it over and then offer to give up drinking for a while and see if she will go the extra mile to ease off of the nagging. If that don't work then you need to think about separating and working out your issues away from each other. The drinking will not help and I personally think its only an excuse to say that its cause of her that you do it. Drinking does not cure stress but in fact just helps you take less money home which will compound the stress you already have

This is a 2 edged sword. My friend Justin is like this. She (the wife) complains - mostly because he drinks and therefore doesn't trust him. He drinks to dround her out. Talk to her. Stop drinking for a month - without her asking you too. At the end of the month - before you start again, draw a warm bath & put her in it, once she is done rub her down with lotion (this is not foreplay), and this have a heart to heart discussion with her. She will be relaxed and most likley will have notice the changes in you, thus willing to open up. Ask her why she pick at you and DO NOT ARGUE with anything she tells you. Accept it, thank her, and think abou what is said. DO NOT address your complaints with her that night, wait a day or two. Stay off the booze until you have some peace. If not drinking helps your issues - stop drinking.

LOL..half you men if reincarnated would be a nagging wife so be a man and take it. Maybe the nagging would stop if you would just listen and maybe put yourself in her shoes and feel what she is feeling. To turn to alcohol wont change a thing but to make you numb, weak, lazy, and a no good husband. Come on boy...step up to the plate and be a man.

You married her honey....if it's not what you signed up for, divorce her. All the alcohol in the world isn't going to make her go away or shut up. Why not try listening once in a while? Maybe it's the drinking she's complaining about.

there's probably a reason she complains all the time. find out why she's nagging, before she dumps your *ss and finds a man that she doesn't have to complain to!!! Then you can be drunk and alone and sleep w/ whores when you need to get laid...oh, and wash your own dishes, clothes, house, fix meals, etc. Get your crap together, and quit blaiming your drinking problem on your wife!

The bible says: It's better for a man to sleep on the roof than share a house with a nagging wife. So go get your pillow, blanket and a ladder. :)

Oh yeah like that's going to help. Why not sit down and actually talk to her about what it is she feels is wrong? Only thing drinking is going to do for you is lead you to an earlier grave and possibly divorce in which she will get half of everything and then some...especially if she divorces you on grounds of your drinking. Courts aren't to favorable towards boozers these days.
