Not really in the right category, but it depends on what type of employment contract you have with the company. Many have a clause that allows them rights to use your image or anything within the realm of their control i.e. "the workplace" for any intents and purposes.

Chances are you don't have much legal ground to stand on as far as this goes, but like I said, it depends on your employment rights.

It depends upon your relationship, if any, with the company, and the nature of the use.

If you have no relationship with the company, you might have a claim if the image in question clearly identifies you, you have not given a model release, and/or defames you in some way.

You should seek the advice of a lawyer in your state. The initial consultation should be free--just bring all the information you have on it,

depends. if you are working with the company, you don't have the right. but if you are not working with that company, you have all the rights.

but then, how did they get your picture/s? cuz even if you are not working with them how did they get your picture.

what kind of picture is it? what kind of company is it? is it a good kind of picture? is it a personal photo or a group photo?

there's a lot of hows, whats, ifs and buts. like i said, depends.

it depends where they got the picture from, if it's from a website you uploaded to, and a website which doesn't state copyright then they could argue that the picture is in the public domain (which it is).

under those circumstances, i don't fancy your chances.
