It used to be that I just slept my way through class, went home and slept and got a C in academic classes. But this year, I'm only sleeping at night, none in class and have a d and 2 f's in my academic classes, could someone help me fix my study habits, I can't focus, I need advice.

➔ Homework Help
Re-write or type your notes at night - put any questions you have in the margins so you can ask them the next day.
Do your readings.
Do extra readings that pertain to assigned readings.
Keep an agenda with assignment due dates and a continual listing of things you need to do. If you have a science test on Monday write "science test" on every day leading up to the test.
Use cue cards to review for tests.
There are some awesome books out there that can help you with time management and study habits.
Hope this helps.

Go back to sleep in class. lol It sounds like your absorbing the material sub-conciously. No, seriously, I think you have an attention problem. What I usually do to focus is twirl my pen to keep from fidgeting during the boring parts of class.
To help me get through my exams during my college days, I would study non-stop for an hour, take an hour break, and then go at it for another hour. That may or may not work for you, but it's worth giving it a shot.

Don't do anything in front of a computer or television or radio. That's key.
Apparently you have at least some of your priorities right though since you're not sleeping in class anymore. Make sure that you do your work first. Play later, work first!!!! That's the most important, because once you let your work go for another 5 minutes it becomes one more five minutes, etc.
Make sure that if you don't understand something, study it over and over again, and ASK YOUR TEACHERS FOR HELP!!!! Students who don't ask for help just fall behind. I'm a student right now, and I ask for help all the time and I'm doing wonderful.
So yeah. Hope this helps!

Take Notes (Only the ones that you think is important)
Study (For quiz`s & Tests!)
Listen More Often (You should pay attention more often then)
Do your Classwork
Do you Homework right after you get home (So it can get out of your way)

Since you are skilled at sleeping, sleep with your teacher.
