did you get a data plan added? If not you need one. Call tech support at Cingular - they will verify if you have the correct plan, and also send you the settings for free. They will stay on the phone with you to make sure you are connected and working.

ps - call them from a land line or another phone - you will need to have your phone free to do the tech entries.

I agree with D Hayes, you need to have a media/Data plan, i believe it cost 39.99. I plan on getting this phone on friday and im deff. adding the Data Plan.

you need to contact your service provider. there is a spicific set of command that will need to be entered into the phone that will unlock internet, text messages. for WiFi not sure on that one.
