Heck, I wouldn't trust me with a pair of scissors even without a blindfold :-)

Only if I was alone. But why would I want to be alone blindfolded holding a pair of scissors?
No, I wouldn't trust myself because if I'm blindfolded there are more serious issues to contend with other than having a pair of scissors.
