Both .! b'coz I love my hair ..I comb hair after waking in the and opening my eyes in the morning .Brushing my hair is last thing i do before going to sleep ..an ddont even ask how many times I comb& brushmyhair during the day ..lol ^-^

nothing. my hairs spiked
stop using gel since like 2 years ago
dont need to comb or brush just in the morning wash it and then dry and it poofs up the way i want it
