When you need to say you won't do something illegal, its usually a bad idea. And what the guy above said is true, the officials on the field made some bad calls all game long, but the onside kick was reviewed using instant replay in the video booth. The officials on the field did not see the instant replay, they only heard what the guy in the video booth told them he saw.

I don't know, and I'm not sure anyone will be able to help you. You should also remember that the head official didn't make the replay decisions. Only the guy up in the replay booth did. You should only be asking for his number.
