Yes, a cow's brain is located inside it's skull on the front end of the animal. You might be 'thinking' about the 'fact', that cow's have eight stomachs! (*That's true, too...)

Probably up their rear end where yours seems to be also. You should have made the question multiple choice since I think many people would have been curious as to what other options you might offer besides "in the head".
