There are several categories that haven't got any questions asked in them yet. (And Yahoo Answers has been around for only what--two or three months?) The only one I can think of off the top of my head is in Travel-->Canada-->Ottawa.

The lights are usually out in Sports/Wintersports/Cuurling and, surprisingly, in Society and Culture/Bullfighting.
