The art of warfare is a common theme from every continent spare Antarctica. Then the only common issue affecting all of them would be global warming. Why would you look for a common issue anyways is the question? What is a problem to one person or people means nothing to others. Running water, in America we can't live without it. Africa what's running water? Get it?

do you mean an individual issue or a common issue?
we are all suffering from the damage we have done to our environment, global warming being the most covered by the media. We are all suffering from the so called "war on terror" as well.
I noticed Scottish Dashey couldn't find a problem is Australia, but ours is drought, we need rain and we need it badly.
