The slope is undefined, or infinite, since X=-2 represents a vertical line; and there isn't a Y-intercept.

well dear,
x = -2
the x-intercept is at (-2, 0)
But
The y-intercept of a line is the point at which the line
crosses the y axis. ( i.e. where the x value equals 0 )
y-intercept = ( 0, y )
Now the question is ,Do we have a y-intercept? The answer is no. Since x can never equal 0, then there will be no y-intercept for this equation.

Some points that would be solutions are (-2, 0), (-2, 1), and (-2, 2).

and Now slope;
slope of x = -2 is " undefined "

Good Luck, Hope i could help you.

because it is an x line, there is no y intercept (there is no y in the equation, the line will never hit y) and because the only other number there is -2 and thats just how it works for this problem, the slope is -2
