23*15 = (20+3)*15 = 20*15 + 3*15 = 300+45 = 345

Round 23 to the nearest 10...20
Round 15 to the nearest 10...20

20 times 20=400
400+(3 times 5*)=415

*I got 3 and 5 by subtracting 20 from 23, and then 15 from 20.
