Who knows? Maybe./ Questions about Jesus, or Questions designed to convert or recruit people to Jesus (or even away from Jesus for that matter)are simply a waste of time. Ditto for being "saved" or trying to clarify minute points of scripture when there are so many different interpretations and editions of text. People have already decided for the most part if they believe in the fiction written in the bible. People who feel God talks to them have psychological problems because hearing voices is a psychological illness. All the major world religions have issues like this.

i think it says somewhere in the bible that it's wrong to have sexual cotnact with someone of the same gender (and, it's *more* wrong than doing it with a goat, which is apparently acceptable).
But, that interpretation depends on which translation of the bible you have and how you choose to interpret that translation.
So the original Jesus probably wouldn't have a gay friend, but he would have one from every possible race on earth.
Of course, reformed religious people believe that God loves everyone equally, so gays are in.
(Although, Jesus had 'sinful' friends. He didn't judge them for their sins, it is up to God to judge. He and Mary were quite close, and some of his disciples weren't very disciplined... So he just might have a gay friend, but he'd let the gay friend know that being gay was wrong.)

Jesus socialized with all sorts of people back in his time, from politicians to prostitutes to religious clergy. There is no reason to believe that if he was living today it would be any different. He may not have agreed with the way everyone lived their lives but he also knew that the only true way to get his message across was to love without question.

I bellieve Jesus would respond to the gay person as He did when He met the prostitute, He did not rebuke her but said to her "Go and sin no more" . I believe He would say to the gay person who was practicing the sin of homosexuality "Go and sin no more".

Jesus was born a Jew and followed the Law....well...religiously. So no. If Jesus were here today and met a gay person, if that person refused to change and repent, he would have to kill him cause that's what it says in the Old Testament. And no, it wouldn't be a sin because he'd be following God's law.

yes he would because he was full of love and compassion, humanity, sensitivity. He would surely not hate them for thier sexually orientation but would use it to win over a trusting friendship.... like they say " W.W.J.D. "???

Yes, He would. When people criticized who He hung out with, He still hung with "outcasts" if he chose to.
