FIRST and FOREMOST, Remember the 4 C's, Calm, Cool, Collected, and most of all Confident, or Confidence!! The interviewer will typically start off with Tell me about yourself. This is where you will want to let them know your are intelligent, a hard worker, and willing to learn all the aspects to the job. Not, how much will I earn, when is lunch, my breaks, etc. Realize some interviewers will be "jerks", but there is a method to their madness. They will want to know if you can fit in with the other people already working for them (some of them might be jerks!), if you will crumble under stress, or won't meet the deadlines. Go to CareerBuilder.com for more questions to expect, and for questions for you to ask them. Be prepared for off the wall questions, such as "Why is a manhole cover round?" It's so it won't fall into the hole!! Think about it!! Also be prepared to take a personality test. More and more employers are requesting that now. Basically to see what type of personality you are. If you don't know what personality you are, I suggest taking a free online personality/career test. Be prepared to ask the interviewer such questions as "What is a typical day like?" "What would my responsibilities include" etc. Find out as much as you can about the company, do a google search. But if you still have questions, check out your local One Stop (Employment Office) and ask if they do "mock interviews". Most of them do nowadays. I wish you the best of luck!! Remember to be Calm, Cool, Collected, and Confident--the 4 C's!! Good luck!!

Other than specifics about your training for the position, they'll probably ask things like "why do you think you'll be good in this job?" or "what do you see is your strengths and weaknesses?" Try to answer everything (even weaknesses) in a positive manner if you can.
The one they can't ask you is "why did you leave your last job?" unless you should've been working in which case they might ask "why haven't you held a job?"
Talk about your qualities, whether that's being outgoing, team player, concientious, etc.... All positive things
The biggest thing is body language. Look the person in the eyes, smile, give nice good/kind handshakes, etc. Again, all positive things.

like u said,it varies greatly from employer to employer..basic questions though are usually..
-why should we hire you?
-what are you strong points?
-what are your weaknesses? (be completely honest, but dont downplay yourself..be real)
-what are you looking to gain from this company?
(among other questions)
make sure your not extremely nervous..i went for an interview today an i was so nervous i was stumbling over my words..employers are like dogs, they smell fear..so keep your cool,be very honest an real..also show that you really want the job but don't throw yourself in their face..look them in the eyes too..i have the problem of always looking around when im talking an its not a good thing at all..
good luck!

Ok, listen up, here is the key for a sucessful interview: do a swot assesment of yourself in a quadrant; 1) assess your strenghts, 2) asses your weaknesses, 3) assess your threats and 4) assess your opportunities. Put all of these little things on a piece of paper and ask someone objective to review them and once you know yourself, you will be confident to go to an interview.
If you get the job, can you thank God for it?

Your strength and weaknesses. You have to express toin the interview that your resourcefulness and knowledge would make you fit for your job( your lack of experience). The firm handshake is important. Be preapred to answer questions about your position. At the end of the interview, you should be able to wrap up whst the job needs and how you fit in, and be able to mention that you want to work for a growing company.

Typical questions that you'd better have an excellent answer for:
Tell me more about yourself.
Name me three strengths that you have.
What are your weaknesses? Name three.
What are you looking for in a job?
Why do you want this job? Does this match what you want?
What qualities do you have that makes you think you can do this job well?
If business is bad, what will you do to improve it?

You should expect to get hired.
Dont overdo anything.
And say no if u dont know rather than trying and trying.
But dont say no for everything. You can start with saying havent done this before but let me try.
