yea, that's y sum1 tells me 2 hang on a sec i give them 5 secs 2 get bac 2 me or i hang up on them, i hav better things to do than b on hold.

yes. I think that if you are on the phone and a call comes in we should have some kind of service that tells the caller that their call will be returned soon.

I count to 10 and if they don't get back on then I just hang up.

i work at a teleservice center. its MY job to put you on hold not the other way around

All my friends know i will only wait 20sec.and then hang up. Some really do forget. Not like they do it on purpose. I've done it once or twice myself.

once i was called and when i picked up the phone they put me on hold!!!!
