"Tomorrow is another day."
"Don't sweat the small stuff."
I'm a widow with a 10 &14yr old.The way I see it there's always someone probably worse off than me. It can be overwhelming but you just have to deal with it and move on. I work full time and with both of them having other activities going on (soccer, dance, cross country etc....)some days it can make my head spin!
I'm also down this week because Friday my dad will be gone 5 yrs. and I miss him terribly. Then a friend I work with calls today to let us know her dad passed away last night.
Some nights to release some tension and chill out I crank up the stereo and dance around the house and occasionally my kids will join me! A nice hot shower helps too!

God grant me the Serenity to accept things I can not change,
Courage to change the things I can,
and Wisdom to know the difference

I go out to a desolate place and scream and yell and cry my heart out until I feel better (or I lose my voice and get dehydrated--whichever happens first).
