It was touching and could not help but develop eye leaks. Especially when he spoke of his family, his hopes for his children, and his own tenderheartedness as a parent came flooding through.
The moment his daughter started talking affectionately of her dad - I darn near lost it. Steve's dreams of seeing his little ones through to adulthood are lost, but the love, respect and caring of his family will go on.
And hey, I don't think anyone who has seen this man do his craft can easily forget him. Stevo was a REAL man.

Well I'm a guy too and I'm not ashamed to admit that I got choked up myself watching the Steve Erwin Tributes. I never realized how much he was truely loved by everyone. I have to honestly say that at times he irritated the hell out of me but I had the greatest respect and admiration for the guy. I don't think his passion for animals will ever be matched by anyone. He was a great human being that is loved and missed by many. May you rest in peace Steve Erwin. God bless you and may God be with your wife and children to comfort them and help them make it through this life until they are with you again in Heaven.

I think despite what he did to his kid, it was something that he would do, not to endanger his baby. I just hate to think that he died in such an odd way leaving behind two kids and his wife. Plus he died at a young age..
It made me sad too.

Somethin about holding your baby in front of a crocadile...
I like Erwin...but everytime I start to feel bad he's gone that image comes into my head.
EDIT: Yeah, you're right...dangling your infant in front of a hungry crocidile...no biggie. My "silly" mistake
