Well, I think the bigger question is the basis for your employer firing you in the first place - they may be up for discrimination.
As far as false arrest, perhaps, but I think you would need a fairly significant lost wage claim and other economic damages, and emotional damages that can be proven, ie., did you go to a psychiatrist due to depression, upset, etc.?

This is a possible defamation of character case. You do have to prove damages (embarassment at work, etc.)
If you file a civil suit, your lawyer could subpeona Cingular's records.
You definitely need to start with a call to a good attorney to see if you have a case.

Never know if you don't try, give it a shot, whats the worst that could happen? It gets thrown out, and your out time (possibly a little money, depending on how the court works where you are)

What is the law suit? There are no damages. You won the court case. Let it go.

Tho I heavily doubt it went down as you're saying it did, bear in strategies the autos are additionally equipped with cameras..... go and document a appropriate criticism against the officer, in writing on the station....keep a duplicate and word who you spoke to and while....then stick to up. BTW, you're saying they assaulted you with their "weapons".... what "weapons" did they use? bear in strategies too, that that's against the regulation to document a pretend record.
