What does it mean when there is white marks in my nails and i drink 2 glasses of milk a day.

you would have to ask a Dr don't think it has anything to do with milk. it can tell the Dr lots of things about if you are sick or need a mineral, or vitamin

white marks are usually from some injury to the nail, nothing to worry about.

It could be a vitamin deficiency, or you could have inadvertently banged your nail against something. Try a good multivitamin and see if it helps. Good luck!

If you didnt injure your nail in any way it indicates a zinc deficincy

I believe that means you are low in iron not calcium
