influenza shots have a killed or weakened version of the 3 most common strains of the flu that scientist believe will affect the most people. along with some saline. But a flu shot is not a cure. it only lowers the risk of getting the flu but there are other strains out there you can contract.

Eggs & alot of people get very sick off of it cause it has a virus in it
