It came back positive tonight. Does that mean I'm ovulating or does it mean I will begin ovulatin within 48 hours? Or does it mean either one?

I really don't know because I never used an ovulation kit. What I would do is have sex tonight, the sperm will stay alive for a few days, and skip tomorrow and have sex on Thursday.

opk's measure your Lh surge. A positive one does not necessarily mean you are ovulating right now, usually it means you will ovulate sometime in the next three days. also, it is possible to see a positive opk and then not ovulate at all. The only sure way to tell exactly when you ovulate is by taking your basal body temp each morn, before you get up and at the same time every day. Good luck!

i never used a test to check my ovulation when i was trying to concieve...from the day you start your period...count 28 days...from the 28th day you should be fertile for 2-3 days...just go at it as often as possible for that 2-3 day time frame...it only took me 2 months before i got pregnant with my little girl...good luck
