It sucks but that happens..... the guy is still reved up like a humpen monkey and she is like.... zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
How much stress is she under? How about a hormone check? Gynocologist? and marriage counsilor?
Most of all, don't stop listening to her and reject her.. that is a hard part but got too be erhe for her. It gets better as the males hormones slow down ...... Personally I don't think it is fair for the cold shoulder from the wife as this is the way we are wired. It comes with the package... but what if you got parallized from the waist down and couldn't perform and your wife was a horn-dog... what would you want her to do or not do?

I would wonder why. Are you careless in your everyday habits, I mean do you keep yourself clean and presentable? Because that would definitely influence your wife not to have sex with you. Or perhaps you've taken her for granted? When you love somebody you want to please them and make them appreciate you in the little things that you do for them. Do you compare her to the women at work and maybe it's you that is turned off? Maybe your wife is over-worked, have you offered to help her with the daily chores around the house?
Have you taken her out on a date, to dinner, movie or some dancing perhaps. Have you told her how much you appreciate her? When was the last time you bought her flowers? How about just sitting over a coffee and having a conversation with her?
Think about any number of these things and maybe try to work on them and perhaps your wife will come around.
Word of warning, if your contemplating an affair of sorts with another, " stolen waters may be sweet " but it's no match for the guilt, fear and loss of integrity from your family. You cannot hold fire against you and not be burnt!

I go elsewhere. Is it right? NO!
I think my wife knows inside that I go elsewhere, but she tells me just bring the check home, and I'll be OK.
She told me that she does not need it, that she can live without it and is not interested anymore.
Do not tell me to go to counseling because that is out of the question, she told me I could go if I wanted to.
We do not sleep in the same room, and she does not want a divorce. We are in our 50's, and no kids at home anymore.
I am getting desperate, so any day now I will go looking, but not in a bar. I will find someone in the same shoes that I am in, and sometimes it is not hard to find. I know that I must be careful at the same time.

Perhaps your wife is really gay? This happens sometimes. I have an Internet friend who has the same problem with his wife. He has been away working in another country. I think she has found herself another workout partner. If you know what I mean.

First talk to her and find out why she no longer wants sex. If there is a problem that can be fixed, and if you love her, then fix it.
If it can't be fixed; there are alternatives, and choices.

Are you looking for someone to tell you to cheat? What you could do is make sure that she is being sexually satisfied and then you might get some more often.
