What can I take for Hot Flashes, I'm currently taking a hormone pill, but I'm thinking about going off of them. What can I take that's over the counter to help with my Hot Flashes?

pro hormones such as estroven are available at the health food store.They have the potential to convert to estrogen.Black Cohosh will help ease hot flashes and night sweats.A combination of both work well combinned with herbal tea for menopause will cost in total about 40 bucks.Youll have enough of the 3 to last.They will offer relief.

A herb called Black Cohosh helps with the Hot Flashes. You get this at a vitamin or nutrition store.

I quit taking mine & I just deal with them & take alot of cold showers & I keep a spray bottle handy walmart carries a variety of pills that are cheap even some herb pills as well.My Method has worked for me.Good Luck

I really don't like all of those drugs.
I just deal with it.
Women did it for years with out paying for the high priced drugs that are on the market now.
Take lots of showers and be yourself.
Why make the drug companies rich for something that doesn't work???

I have used evening primose herbal pills, they work but I find I need to take them with food or I feel queasy. They were recommended by a friend who uses them too.
