With my son it was flutters like someone gently tickling you around 14 weeks with actual being able to tell it was the baby around 19 weeks. My placenta was in the front though which blocks alot of the feelings. This time I am 17 weeks and have been feeling deffinate movement for 2 weeks and had flutters and such since around 12 weeks. It is normal for your first pregnancy not to really feel anything until 20-22 weeks. You just dont know what to look for but when you look back on it your like oh yeah that was the baby! If you havent felt anything by 20 weeks I would talk to your dr. movements should be regular by then

you probable received't sense your toddler kick till sometime between 16 and 22 weeks, even although he began transferring at 7 or 8 weeks and also you've gotten already witnessed his acrobatics in case you've had an ultrasound. Veteran moms have a tendency to word those first diffused kicks — also prevalent as "quickening" — before than first-time moms. (a lady who's been pregnant before can more advantageous extremely distinguish her toddler's kick from different abdomen rumblings, such as gasoline.) Your construct can actually have some thing to do with once you'll be able to inform a left jab from a starvation pang. Thinner women have a tendency to sense move before and bigger in many circumstances than women who carry more advantageous weight. Congrats for the toddler (:

I can remember this as if it was yesterday. I was grocery shopping and went to put some water in my cart when I felt him move. I was 4 months along.
