pull it all out and re-caulk it. Mildew gets into the caulk and it won't come out.

I use Tilex as it has bleach and that is what kills the mildew. Sometimes the stains are hard to get out completely. You might also try Clorox's bleach pen, it works well since it is a thick gel.

tilex mold and mildew is the best BUT wear a mask!!! and dont let it touch any cloth because it will take the color out just like bleach. it you recaulk use a silicone caulk the has an antifungal mixed in and make sure it is kitchen/bath.

In basic training, we scrubbed at such mildew with old t-shirts, scrub pads and tooth brushes and massive amounts of bleach until our fingers practically bled. I lost half a nail. Good luck!

That's not mildew. You can try Bam it new to the market place. But plumbers have used it for a long time.

I would scrape off existing caulk, and apply new caulk that has micro-ban in it.

You can try muriatic acid, but wear a mask, gloves, and eye protection. Vent well.

usually if you spray it with bleach & let it set it will turn back.
if not, scrape/peel it out and replace it.
