Scary, but I saw so many that were too young to be there, they obviously did not meet minimum age. They have their real names including last names and what city they live in. Way too much information for such a public place.

I use my space all the tI'me, mainly for entertainment purposes, I have to say I have written to a lot of people from on there, But I am reluctant to actually meet any of them, and the topic of your question is why. People who sit on the computer all day trying to meet people must be a little less ready for society. Now im saying that is true of all people. I am not crazy. But there are weirdos out there if you know what I mean. I guess just use your best discretion. Hey check out my page if you want...

Some people just have to learn the hard way, unfortunately with their life. Why can't people like this go out and meet people instead?? Do something good with your life, like helping the sick or the poor. Too busy, too lazy or what. I just don't get it. I think it is insecurity.

Why does everyone always blame myspace?! First of all, this can happen on any site, such as YouTube, atari play, aol/msn/yahoo chat, etc.
Second kids who have these things happen to them were not taught not to give their personal info online, and there were no restrictions set up on their computer.

I don't care, personally. They're idiots for putting up their info. there anyway. I don't understand all these people that have their web blogs and all that stuff anyway. It's stupid. Whatever happened to people wanting privacy? Everyone wants to be noticed now. It's ridiculous. There's safety in anonymity.

It both angers and saddens me that someone would prowl to find someone vulernable. People need to be very careful of the personal information they give. Internet predators are proliferating and need to be stopped.
