Ok so we have a math test 2marrow, and we are doing a review. Please tell me which problems are wrong. DO NOT give me the answer. Just say, number so and so is wrong, do it over. Thanks!
19) 125 + (-75) = 50 .................. 20) -66 + (-119) = -185
21) -46 + 38 =-8 ............. 22) -54 + 21= -33 .............. 23) 20+16+ (-5) + 6 = 37
24) -14 +37 + (-72) + 8 = -1................... 25) 52 + (-78) + 8 = -18
26) 28 + (-50) + 12 + (-15) = -25 ....................... 27) 45 - (-63) = -18
28) -58 - 34 = -24 ........................ 29) -76 - (-56) = -132
30) -16 - 24 = 8
any wrong? what number. I will check after i get out of the shower....then i will repost the 2nd part of the test for yall to check! :) thanks
ps: the dots (periods) are just to show the spaces between each problem!

You started off really well. These numbers are incorrect: 24, 27, 28, 29, 30. I think your problems are with the double negatives--i.e. 14-(-32)--when you are subtracting a negative number, the two negatives cancel each other out and mean to add.
For example: 14-(-32)=14+32=46.
Thanks for wanting to do your own work and taking responsibility for your learning. As a teacher, I love to see students do that! I hope I didn't give you too much info. Good luck.

Hmm... they all look pretty good, I think # 24 is wrong, #27 is wrong, #28 is wrong, #29 is wrong, and #30 is wrong. A note- two negative signs in a row make a positive (disregard the parentheses aorund the number), and subtracting a negative from a negative is just like adding two positive numbers, but the answer will be negative (-5 - 4 = -9, not -1). Did this help at all?

maximum folk say Geometry is confusing. I agree, it truly is more advantageous sturdy than Algebra. It is composed of you to imagine and seek for clues which aren't any further glaring. you even ought to memorize all the theorems and practice them. Algebra is fairly repetitive, because all you should do is remedy equations truly. In Geometry, you've a lot more advantageous to memorize and performance to imagine very deeply. fantastically once you're doing proofs, you received't understand the position to commence and also you should attempt various issues out as an try before you commence to work out which theorems you could practice to remedy the topic matters.
