If you love her, tell someone who can help her. I am a recovering addict and the things you do today can save her life tomorrow. She might not understand now why you did what you did but if she gets clean she will see that you cared. Tough love is the BEST love!

You should definitely tell someone, and get her some professional help.

As for it being a true test of love, I don't suppose you'd prefer her getting worse and worse until she either overdoses or gets on another kind of drug, getting her life in danger, over her not "hating you". She will thank you later.

It's no trick question: If you love her, you got to get her some help. Otherwise you'll lose her. Forever.

Your own doctor can get you an addiction counselor who can make plans for an intervention. And yes, you have got to help this person, because the addiction will kill her after it ruins her life. Be brave, be responsible--do the right thing.

pain killer will kill her if u dont get help. tell ur doctor in advange abt the addiction and ask for advise. then get this person to come in for a 'general check up' or tell them that u want him/her to come for urs. and since ur doctor will know what it is he/she will know what to do

best of luck
