After booting into Windows, go to the Start menu and click Run. Type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) and click OK.

After a few moments, a screen will come up and show you the amount of RAM and other useful information.

The advice from others to right-click My Computer and go to properties works most of the time, however, that screen is not always accurate. I've found that out in the past (particularly with older versions of Windows). DirectX Diagnostics is more efficient because it does a check right when you launch it.

The Capacity of the ram is usuall etched into the ram stick itself so maybe you can try to look closely on the chip you can find it. otherwise you can put in into the PC and right click my computer then go to properties it should tell you how much ram you got in by your processor speed under the computer column.

All you need to do, is look up System Information.
Just leave the module in question plugged in,and hit start--control panel--system. Look to see how much RAM is displayed.
