maybe a small radio attachment that would run off the head phone jack that would use the cell phone battery?

If you have Sprint and I think Verizon. There is subscription radio service. For Sprint its sirius radio. For 20 a month you get the service with unlimited internet usage.

if u r having a phone which r advanced then u use virtual radio software that need gprs connection . if u dont have gprs connection and have advanced mobile then try to search software using advanced search at www.imserba.com/forum . its is very good forum for mobile software. try it and if u got then dont forget to choose it as best answer
