Sounds like carpal tunnel may be starting! Change the way you do your job or the way you sit. Try raising your chair if you sit at a desk all day. Use ergnomic tools or kitchen tools if you work with your hands. Do lots of things beofre anyone talks you into surgery! I have had 13 surgeries on my hands and arms and I still have the same problems. Wear a brace at night to keep your wrist straight so you will not put more pressure on the nerve at the wrist and it will help. Best wishes and always get at least 2 opinions!!!

See your Doctor soon. You could have any number of things going on, but only a doctor can say for sure and come up with a treatment plan. Could be circulation....could be neurological. The longer you wait, the longer it may take to fix. Call tomorrow! Good luck!

Probable ulnar nerve compression. Look it up or see a doctor. Very little that you can do at home for this. I hope you feel better soon!

This weekend, don't wear a bra. Like from Friday after work until Monday.
If the feeling comes back, your bra is too small.
