Don't talk for now. Use a warm salty water to gargle with several times a day. During the day and at night sip on cool water with sugar in it. About 2 tablespoons in 8 oz. of water. It soothes and heals the throat. I used this for years for my daughter and it always worked on her.Relax! Stress will not help you and will keep you from healing as fast!Best wishes! Remember that you need to keep you mouth closed and talk only when absolutely neccessary!
