You need to purchase a location free player (similar to a slingbox, but made by Sony) and hook it up to your cable/satellite box and it will send the wireless signal through your home computer's network. from there your television will be available from other wireless points on your psp.
All of this may not be 100 percent accurate, but it's what I understand from the program.
the only downside is the fact that the location free player costs about $250. . .bummer =^(

there is a psp to TV device that projects the image screen of the psp to any composite TV screen...but the screen quality i heard was a little "eh"!!
i noe the is no clear way to view a UMD on a big screen other than this but.....if u have downloaded movies via internet or other....u should save them to ur computer and in theory, connect ur laptop to a tv and BAM! there u go.
but untill sony comes up to the plate and FINALLY stops trying to make more media colonies and wants to play the game of helping the ones they already created..(UMD!!) there is no definite way to go about this
