While I am not a Jeff Gordon fan I do give him his props because he is super talented. He can drive the wheels off that race car.
I just wish he wouldn't whine so much. I mean he does have the tendency to whine about his teammates not letting him pass him during a race. Look at last Sunday's race when Brian Vickers was in front of him, Jeff acted as if Brian should have just moved to the side and let him pass. I'm sorry but that's not being a team player in my opinion.

Was a fan until an autograph session.There was a 500 person limit,the person behind me had his son,about 6,with him when the man walked thru the "guard" stoppedthe child and said he could not go in because he was number 501.The man argued that that was his 6 year old and the gaurd said there was no exceptions that "MR Gordon" had a counter at the table.I left the line and let the child have my place.Further checking this was not an isolated event that it was quite often happened.
I threw my Gordon cards in the trash and walked out.Since that time I will cheer for anyone else.

I don't hate Jeff Gordon. He is my favorite driver.
I really get so sick and tired of people hating him because he is "gay". Come on now people who cares if he is or if he isn't. there is NO auguement that he is one of the best drivers out ther because you can't win 4 cups and 75 races on luck alone, you MUST be good.
Another thing people say they can't stand about him is that he whines, please show me one driver that does not whine (mark Martin doesn't count). They all whine and cry about something sooner or later.
He is one of the best drivers ever, but he scared fans beacuse he was not a redneck, he didn't hunt, he wasn't from the south. So everyone just chaulked it up to him being gay. It's stupid.

My prefect question. I love him to death, and I answered a similar question the other day and it was a best answer on a question. It was comparing Dale Jr. to Jeff Gordon. Jeff Gordon and most of these drivers didn't learn from the best driver and they worked their tales off to make it to Winston Cup and they have good equipment and no matter if you like him or not you cant deny that he has won more championships then anyone else and is almost tied for number of career wins with Dale Sr. Right now he has 75 wins and Sr. had 76, and Sr. had 7 championships along with Richard Petty, and Jeff has more then any other Nextel Cup driver. You can't deny the facts no matter what your opinion of him and hes just a really good driver who worked his way into Cup and ended up accomplishing alot of things no one thought was possible.

I cant stand Gordon he reminds me of a spoiled rich kid that grew up to have little man sendrom .... But my 3 year old nephew hates him so much that we where shopping at a department store in the mall and I was in the perfume area and there was a big display of the 24/gordon colone and he tried to not it down sreaming at him that he sucks thats when my sister and I realized our kids can't watch the races anymore with my brother in law

I don't hate any drivers, but I really dislike him. I can't stand everything about him. Like last week it made me mad that he kept complaining about drivers who weren't in the chase racing him hard. He expects everyone to just move out of his way because he's the all mighty Jeff Gordon. He needs to get over himself.

I am not a fan of his but I think saying that I hate him is way too strong of a statement. He is a good driver; sorry all you people who don't like him but he does have 4 championships, he didn't get those without being a good driver. I am a Dale Jr fan but I do believe in giving credit where it is due.
