The there are two ways... depends on the whole question

if it is water @4C then 1mL=1g so 115mL is 115 grams

if you have a liquid then use the density formula D=m/v

plugging in Density and Volume then solve for Mass

Depends on what the liquid is. If it's water, which has a specific gravity of 1, 115 mL will weigh 115 grams. If it's something else, you need to multiply by the specific gravity.

Something with a SG greater than one will weight more than 115 grams.

You need to know the density of the material you have 115 mL of. It's water, then it's 115 grams because the density of water is one gram per cubic mL

you cant, mL is volume and grams are mass units. youd have to weight the thing to find out since the density of whatever you are trying to find the mass is undetermined.
