Z^0 means to the power.

Z^1 means Z x 1 = Z
Z^2 means Z x Z = ZZ or Z squared
Z^3 means Z x Z x Z = ZZZ or Z cubed.

Therefor if you have Z^0, You have no Z's on the right hand side of the equation. Which proves the answer to be zero.

Z^0 = 0(Z) = 0

I'm not a mathmetician, but this sounds interesting...

First, let's add x to each side:
x + x*0 = 0 + x
then, factor out the x on the left:
x * (1 + 0) = x
x * (1) = (1) * x
then dividing each side by 1 gives:
x = x, which we know is true, proving the initial equation.

I guess you could also do those steps in reverse, but you should get the idea.

Multiplication is a quick form of addition. 3*2 = 2+2+2 (three times two, or two added together three times).

1*0 = one zero = 0
2*0 = two zeros = 0+0
3*0 = three zeros = 0+0+0
4*0 = four zeros = 0+0+0+0
x*0 = "x" zeros

The reason it is 0 is because the 0 is a symbol that represents the lack of anything. If you multiply a variable (like the number of apples in your hand), then you are saying you have nothing. zero apples is the same as zero 'x's. There just aren't any there.
Same reason you can't divide by zero: there is nothing there to divide with.

Anything mulitplied by zero equals zero

I can not prove it, but zero was always a contraversy even when brought to the table. With the theology of how can something that does not exist hold substanance. So I guess when it comes to multiplication, you can look to it as the cypher(zero) cancelling everything like a black home. Sucking it in and making it non existance. But when adding and subtracting it can be still.

But I got a puzzle for you: 1+1=2 NOT always

3 people rent a room for $25, but get charged $30. So the teller sent the bellboy to give them $5 back. But he keeps $2 and gives each $1 back. So in essential, they paid $9 each. 9x3=27. What happened to the extra dollar if the teller kept two? 9x3=27+2=29 Did it get swallowed by the black hole(zero)? It seems the cypher is deeper than most assume. The black hole.

1. X *0 = 0

2. (1) + (-1) = 0

3. X * ((1) + (-1)) = 0
(X) + (-X) = 0

4. X - X = 0

therefore
X * 0 = 0

It doesn't; x^0 = 1 (unless x=0 in which case it's undefined)

x*0 means "do nothing" that's why the answer is zero
