Encrypt Wireless?

I believe I might have a leecher on my wireless connection, how would I go about encrypting my wireless connection with a WAP or WEP key? I have a Beling 56 wireless router if it matters.

If you really want to make it difficult for leechers, just enable MAC filtering. Anyone not on your list will not be able to access your network. Encryption is also a good idea, I use a complete sentence to set my encryption. Easy for me to remember, very tough for a hacker to guess.
