who/what regulates state's boards of pharmacies??

I have an "issue" with a pharmacy that at first I thought was simply carelessness and stupidity on their - now I am not so sure!! and was wondering where in the St of Illinois I could go ask ??, seek opnions, begin an investig., etc??

The Illinois State Board of Pharmacy regulates itself. It is a part of the Illinois department of regulation. If you are having a problem with a particular pharmacy/pharmacist you contact them at this link https://www.idfpr.com/dpr/FILING/Complaint.asp
