I don't think that would be a good idea to lie to God. If He already knows that you are going to lie. Although, God would know that O.J. Simpson either told a lie or told the truth. If I was to tell a lie to my mother that I went to the bathroom, but I was at the party last night. God would already know that I was lieing and of course He can see that I would be at the party than in the bathroom. So, it's like lieing to the Judge because He will judge you either if you are telling the truth or lieing. It's not like He is going to put all your lies in His godly book. He hears every word you say and sees every thing that you do. Especially when you're hiding. Like as if a man was hiding from his wife, God already would know that he was sleeping around with somebody else. God would actually judge the man also how he is acting around his wife. So, God is the big giant although Jesus would know that you are telling the lie when you actually did and you said that you didn't. Both play the part of God actually. It's just that Jesus just to get you out of the lieing situations you've been telling all these years.

Why lie? He knows when we're lying and when we're telling the truth. In fact, He even knows when we're going to lie even before we do!

lying to god would be ridiculous and a waste of time. why lie and u know that he knows everything about u, even the things you don't know about yourself?

Being a Muslim you cannot lie to the All mighty ALLAH (GOD ).
He is the greatest.Allah knows every thing.you cannot hide any thing from ALLAH (GOD )
so no need to lie to GOD.
