I see so few examples of people just engaging their brains, that actually doing something with it seems unlikely.

I wholeheartedly believe this. It even states in the Bible that if we had the faith of a mustard seed we could move mountains.
There are many, many people in tune with the sub-conscience..thus being able to tell what someone else may be thinking, or even for-tell an event that hasn't happened yet. I think the more you're aware of yourself and your surroundings the more you're able to be in tune. Some people believe more than others. Those who meditate have amazing abilities....to lower their heart rate, hold their breath for long periods of time. Look at David Blaine. The man is awesome, and living proof of what wonders the mind can do.

I once programmed a tv with channels my mom didnt have but I was on lsd and she had them for a while but a storm came and knocked them out. I dont know if it was a mind thing or what ..pretty weird needless to say I dont do that anymore take hallucinagenics

I used to bug the heck out of my brother by staring at the back of his head and concentrating on calling his name with my mind. Within a few seconds, he'd snap his head around and yell "Stop That!".
Something was going on.

the power of the mind is very overwhelming there's been alot of things that have been overcome by just convincing some ones mind. just take alook at your self when your freinds want to do some thing that you don't and you end up going along with them.

well....i certainly believe that i have a sense that tells me when their is something wrong with my children.....but is it my mind or my heart that tells me?

sometimes i do like me ill daydream things happen in 20 min and it well happen and sometimes what happens in my dreams or daydreaming comes true
