Is it true that gravity makes the breasts go droopy?

Well gravity will make anything sag. So yes. But it is not just the effect of gravity that makes them sagg. It is the loss of elasticity in the skin and increased mass of breast tissue that causes them to droop as you age. Thats why a breast lift works, they pull the skin tight anchoring it up which pulls the whole breast up. If that doesnt make sense consider this. A person with saging breasts on earth would not necessarily have sagging breasts in zero gravity, they would float. However someone raised their entire life in gero gravity would come to earth at adulthood and their breasts would most likely sagg almost as much as someone who had been on earth the entire time.

No. Breast ptosis depends upon several factors.

The relative mass of the breast in relation to the upper connective tissue is the biggest issue.

This might be obvious with a AA cup (and non-drooping breasts), but often women with C cup breasts have little or no droop (as measured by the "can you hold a pencil under one" test).

Specific exercises used to be the only available solution. Now, surgery is possible (see the sites below).

It's a ligament that fails over time, I forget the name of it though, gravity is the cause of it's failure so there may turn out to be a point to the Space Station after all.
