Various things, such as a person with no natural curiosity to learn, someone with family or financial problems who is too preoccupied to learn, others who are more interested in partying and fall to far back to catch up and those who cannot tolerate a dull, boring professor.

Someone who isnt academic. Someone who has a hard time with change. In the event they plan on going out of state. Someone who has a difficult time with long term goals. Someone who doesnt want a career. And somene who has no ambition

Hmm, immaturity, not being able to priortize and show personal discipline. In college, you have to get along with others moreso than in highschool.

Their attitude and study habits. Maturity level. They may just have no interest in going and if you aren't interested in something you aren't going to do well at it.
