How do I get white teeth? I see celebrates in magizens with the perfect smile. How do I get that?

they have strips you can buy at the market, or you can have your dentist bleach your teeth (I think thats more expensive) I would just wear the ones you go to sleep with at night and it supposly gives you a whiter smile in like 10 days.
about those celebs & models in magazines, don't believe everything you see in mags, I think they photoshop them like, fix em up so they look better.

Eat your greens and fish. WASH your mouth after meals.
DON'T drink coke and other sodas frequently.
I admire those African bushmen and the Asians from the Highlands yet untouched by fast food, who seem to have bright strong teeth. Any connection?

if you go to the dentist they might have some kind of solution to make your teeth whiter, but it sometimes may be dangerous because your email of the teeth is getting thinner

just use crest whiteneing strips... they work great... my teeth were whiter in like 7 days!!!
