how long were you on birth control pills??? Might sound crazy, but my best friend had the same problem. She had been on birth control pills for 8 years and then stopped taking them so she and her husband could have a baby. It took them almost 4 years and fertility drugs.
Because of taking birth control pills for so long, it actually made her body stop ovulating all together. She had periods, but she never dropped eggs. I would go to an OB/Gyn and talk to them about this.
It could be as simple as the stress of trying to get pregnant. It could also be other underlying issues.

Not necessarily. It depends. maybe you are not having sex while ovulating. Maybe the guy is pulling out. The pull out method kept me un-pregnant for 4 years before we stopped using i and I got pregnant right away. Now I can get pregnant anytime i try. (not that I have 10 kids) I have a 27 month old and one coming in a week. I thank god every day that I am able to have kids because after me my mom became infertile (at 20 yrs old) it really bummed her out.

Talk with your doctor. It may be physical, maybe your timing is poor. Get the trying to conceive bible-- "Take Charge of Your Fertility"--excellent book if you're serious about getting pregnant! Also you can monitor your temps on fertiltiyfriend.com
My daughter and son are here because of those two 'helpers'/

A visit to the doctor might be a good idea. By the way, had you had a single partner since 3 years ago? Your partner may be the one in question.

Have you ever checked with a doctor if you are ovulating properly? I thought if you got your period it meant you ovulate properly but that isnt true. My doctor put me on medication and I got pregnant right away. Ask about CLOMID. It will help and all insurence comapnies pay for it. Best wishes in the baby department.

I really feel for you I would say yes I would say you should have gotten pregnant by now. It must be really disappointing to you and your partner. Don't give up but I would go and see your Dr first. Try not to stress about it tho. Good luck

I would try to talk to your gyno about it. There are a lot of things that they can tell you to try. Also, maybe your man has a low sperm count! Remember, it doesn't matter how much comes out of him, it matters how much of it is swimmers!

I knew a girl like that. I always figured it was due to all the drugs she took.
